About Tilt Think Comedy

Incubator of comedy and community

Based in Traverse City, MI, Tilt Think Comedy is an incubator of comedy and community in northern lower Michigan. TTC performs a Mixtape Variety Show every last Sunday of the month at The Workshop Brewing Company, and also other days and venues around town (The Alluvion). TTC teaches regular weekly adult improv classes for beginner and experienced players. TTC performance players have been trained from around the world including Second City, Annoyance Theater, iO, and Boom Chicago (Amsterdam), but mostly pride themselves in their locally-grown and 100% organic heirloom improvisers.

Based in improvisation, we also dip into other comedic art forms such as sketch, stand-up, and song parody. Whether you like to create or consume comedy, there's a place for you in our comedy collective.
